Lynzi JoyCRINSONDied peacefully and without pain on the 8th of November in hospital after a long illness.
Was loved and will be sadly missed by partner John & family, her brother Andy and family, her dad Dave and all the really special people in her life including cousins, her uncle, nephews & nieces and the many friends for life that she had.
Lynzi never allowed her illness to define her and she embraced every new challenge with positivity.
A service to celebrate Lynzi's life will take place at Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium on Monday the 1st of December at 1pm.

The family would like to thank all the staff at North Tees & James Cook hospitals and everyone who gave Lynzi support.
